During the week of May 12, North American Properties began construction of Publix at Bee Ridge. Over the next two months, the site will be prepared for vertical construction with site clearing, storm water pond excavation and underground utility installation.

Now that site work is underway, the development team will submit the Building Plans for Publix at Bee Ridge. These plans conform to state and local zoning codes, adhere to stipulations imposed by Sarasota County and establish a set of green standards to enable LEED Certification. We expect to submit these documents to the Sarasota County Building Department by May 30 and receive the required building permits within 30-60 days.
